Dr. Ashish Abraham is a physician-entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Foresight Health Solutions. Dr. Abraham was also the founding CEO of Altruista Health, a care management software company serving health plans across the country. Prior to co-founding Altruista Health, Dr. Abraham served as the SVP of Care Services within the Medicaid division of United Health Group. In the past, he has also served as a Principal and Consultant at Mercer Consulting where he led healthcare strategy projects for commercial clients and for 15 state and county governments. Dr. Abraham also serves as chairman of the board of a non-profit organization that is focused on serving vulnerable communities in South and Central America.
Dr. Kölsch is a distinguished academic, technologist, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in AI, ML, and software systems. He has contributed extensively to human-computer interfaces, computer vision, augmented reality, and AI-driven healthcare. Currently, as an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Naval Postgraduate School, he develops and teaches advanced courses in CS, ML, and AI for the US Navy, DoD, and international students. Dr. Kölsch's research includes pioneering work in object detection and tracking, carrier landings, sonar navigation, and autonomous aircraft systems. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.

Justin Jones is a seasoned technical leader dedicated to leveraging Artificial Intelligence to support vulnerable communities. After two decades of service as a Senior Marine Officer, he transitioned to the corporate sector, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in security, AI, massive-scale networking, and cloud services at a Fortune 500 software company. Justin holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s in Arabic and Russian from Excelsior College. He is certified in ethical hacking, cyber operations, and process improvement, and has published research on topics such as natural language processing and forensic video analysis.
Anugrah Abraham has spent more than 20 years in the non-profit sector managing development, operations, humanitarian work in multiple country contexts, strengthening the quality and impact of poverty reduction programmes. He has experience in fostering innovation approaches across globally networked teams and has a passion for working at the intersection of technology and society.
Thomas John (TJ) is a seasoned business strategist and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in corporate and social impact sectors. He has empowered social entrepreneurs across India, facilitating access to capital and markets. As a co-founder of a top-ranked design consultancy in APAC and a former Chief Strategy Officer for a Dutch vector control company, TJ has a proven track record of driving impactful solutions. He also advises numerous organizations, including the UN Science Summit advisory board, helping them achieve the UN SDGs through advocacy, stakeholder management, and innovation.
Nivedita Dey is a healthcare product management expert, specializing in technology solutions for payers and providers. With experience at Fortune 5 companies and community health centers, she focuses on translating customer needs into effective product strategies. Committed to health equity, she has worked across the US and rural India. Nivedita holds an M.S. in Medical Biotechnology and a specialization in Patient Safety, Quality, and Informatics Leadership from Harvard Medical School.
Ajay Lakshman is a distinguished healthcare leader with close to two decades of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry. He has a proven track record of pioneering advanced analytics and technology solutions across key areas such as Value-Based Care, Population Health Management, Medicare STARS, Health Economics, Clinical Analytics, Health Equity, Revenue Cycle Management, and Contact Center operations. Ajay specializes in building cutting-edge analytics , including ML, NLP solutions. Previously, Ajay has held leadership roles at major healthcare organizations, including Innovacer, Wipro, and Optum.
